mug_shot kevin dyerOn Sunday, November 29th at approximately 12:00 P.M. Deputy Bennett with the Marshall County Sheriff Department located a fugitive from justice in the area of the 100 block of West Randolph Street in LaPaz.

The subject was identified as 49-year-old Kevin Dyer of LaPaz. Mr. Dyer resisted Law Enforcement while attempting to take him into custody.

He was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charge of Resisting Law Enforcement with bond set at $755 with additional charges forthcoming and without bond for the active warrant through Lake County.
