Marshall County Economic Development Corporation and Ancilla College are collaborating to offer a Team Performance leadership course.
This program is being presented by David Stauffer of Ancilla College at the Culver Union Township Library on Tuesday Jan. 28 and Wednesday Jan. 29 from 1 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Team Performance teaches managers how to diagnose their team’s development and apply the right leadership style to build and sustain high-performance teams. This leadership course is just one of several that MCEDC and Ancilla have offered to local industry. These courses are geared towards new managers or those looking to move into management positions.
