NAPPANEE – Lincoln’s seventh-grade basketball team fought hard but dropped two contests in the Northwood tournament.
Game one saw Lincoln come out and battle a tough Edgewood team but unable to get the win dropping a 53-28 decision.
Nick Manzuk led the way with nine points followed by Ethan O ‘ Leary’s eight. Finn Holm had seven.
In game two Lincoln had another shot at a tough Tippecanoe Valley team. Some costly turnovers set the Redstorm back with a final of 50-12.
Finn Holm led the way with four points.
Lincoln is back in action Monday night as they travel to play Wawasee.
