It’s the little things that count! Volunteer Hal has several nick names around the Miller’s Assisted Living Facility. Everyone calls him “my pal, Hal” but he is also fondly known as the “candy man” because he is often seen passing out Hershey’s Hugs & Kisses after a shopping trip with the residents. Volunteer Hal and his wife Diane were missing their resident friends so last week they dropped off a couple bags of Hugs & Kisses for the Activity Director to share with everyone. The residents were very appreciative and cannot wait until all of the Volunteers are able to come back to Miller’s.
