Drug ArrestsOn Friday, October 23rd at 12:27 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Bennett conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and King Road.
The driver of the vehicle identified as 46 year old, Terry Bailey of Millersburg was found to be Operating a Vehicle on a Suspended License with a Prior charge and was also found to have an active Felony Warrant out of DeKalb County.

During the traffic stop Deputy Bennett located suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia in the vehicle.
Mr. Bailey was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Paraphernalia and Driving with a Suspended Licenses with a Prior with bond set at $1,505 bond and held without bond for Dekalb County.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
