OWI_Drinking and DrivingOn Friday, July 10th at approximately 9:30 P.M. the Marshall County Sheriff`s Deputy Bennett responded to an motor vehicle accident in the 11000 block of Muckshaw Road. Upon investigating the incident the driver identified as 41 year old, Brandy Ray of Plymouth was found to have ran off the roadway and struck a vehicle that had pulled off the road in attempt to evade Ray’s oncoming car ending up in a swamp. Ray was suspected to be under the influence of controlled substances was taken to the hospital. She was later transported to the Marshall County Jail for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangering a Person. While in the jail, drug paraphernalia was located on Ray’s person. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
