On Friday, May 15th at 8:01 PM, Lapaz EMS, Fire and Marshall County Police were dispatched to the area of 1st Road and Pine Road for a single vehicle injury accident involving a motorcycle. During the investigation, it was found that a black 2005 Harley Davidson Motorcycle operated by 39 year old, Adam L. Geyer of Lakeville was traveling eastbound on 1st Road in the area of Pine Road. Geyer appeared to have lost control on the roadway and fell from the motorcycle. Adam sustained major injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Marshall County Sheriff`s Department was assisted by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Lapaz EMS and Fire, the Marshall County Coroner`s Office and Lyon`s towing.
