Mug_shot jamon williamsOn Friday, November 20th at 11:45 P.M. Deputy Frick with the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of 100 block of US 30 and King Road on an erratic driver.

During the traffic stop the driver identified as 38 year old, Jamon Pierre Williams of Ohio was found to be Operating a Vehicle on a Suspended License and was wanted out of Ohio for active warrants.

Mr. Williams was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on the charges of Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Possession of Marijuana and held without bond for active warrants out of Ohio.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
