Plymouth cross country runs at NLC meet

ELKHART – The Boys and Girls Northern Lakes Conference Cross Country Finals took place at Ox-Bow Park in Elkhart on Saturday. The Pilgrim Girls finished in 7th place scoring 177 points while the Pilgrim Boys finished in 6th place scoring 149 points.
Freshmen Sophie Wray was the top Pilgrim runner on the girl’s side as she finished in 11th place overall. Next was Fatima Ramirez in 23rd place. She was followed by Addie Kingston, Amaya Ameling, and Catrin Bradley in 43rd, 48th, and 52nd position.
Nolan Bales was the top Pilgrim runner on the boy’s side as he also finished in 11th position. Max Howard was next in 28th position. He was followed by Trey Hall, Brian Vegso, and David Schadek in 32nd, 38th, and 40th position.
Next up is the IHSAA sectional for the Pilgrims on Saturday at Manchester starting at 10:30 a.m.
