arrested_handcuffsOn Sunday, July 26th at 12:30 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Enyart was dispatched to the 1300 block of Holloway Drive in reference to a Marshall County Officer stating that he had caught a male subject who had caused damage to his squad car and had him in custody. The male subject identified as 30 year old, Bruce A. Stanley of Plymouth had punctured all four tires and threw a hammer through the windshield. Mr. Stanley was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department where he was held on the charges of Criminal Mischief and Intimidation with bond set at $3,005.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
