On Sunday, October 25th at 2:27 A.M. Officer Emenhiser with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area LaPorte Street and Center Street.
The driver of the vehicle identified as 36 year old, Wilfredo Salinas Hernandez of Plymouth was found to be Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated with Minors inside the Vehicle.
Mr. Hernandez was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where bond was set at $1,505.
