On Monday, December 14th at 4:11 P.M. Officer Krynock was dispatched to the Marshall County Probation Department in reference to an individual with an active warrant.
Arriving to the location 27 year old Samuel A San Juan Zavala of Plymouth was located and while attempting to take him into custody he resisted arrest.
Zavala was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a warrant for Failure to Appear on Court Costs and Fine with a bond of $341.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
