Park & recreation logoEarlier this month the Plymouth Park Board approved the request of free use of the Freyman Shelter on November 7th for a “Twisted Run” by Orienteering Cincinnati.

The twisted run will be a fundraiser for the Junior National Orienteering Program.  This fundraising activity, in conjunction with others around the country, will help the 12 best teens in the program attend the Junior World Orienteering Championships in Portugal in July 2021, and will help all teens in the program pay for training opportunities during the Spring of 2021.  The program has at least 2 members in Indiana.

Orienteering Cincinnati is a 501(c)(3) organization and has liability insurance for the meet.  Set-up for the event on November 7th would start at 7 a.m. and the twisted run would start at 11 and be finished by 3.
