PRIDE ID CardOn Friday January 31st, La Casa De Amistad has planned a “Soft Launch” of the new PRIDE (Plymouth Resident ID Endorsement) card.

The first registration event will be held at Plymouth High School.  Those wishing to apply for a PRIDE card should enter through door #1 the front circle drive from 5 until 7 P.M.

Those applying will be greeted by volunteers who will begin the first process which is verifying the documents.  Three types of identification are required.  You must provide one from each list.

List A: Passport, Driver’s License from any country, Identification from any country, or an identification card issued by the consulate office of a government or Voter Identification Card from any country

List B: Birth Certificate, EBT Card, ITIN or Social Security Card, Marriage or Divorce License or Tax Documents

List C: proof of address from the last 30 day that includes name, address and date.  This could include a bill such as gas, electric, water, telephone, ect. A letter from any social service agency, Letter from a religious organization or a bank statement.

The second station is paying for the card.  PRIDE cards are $25 for adults 18+, $20 for 17 and under and $20 for 65+.

The final station will take your picture and verify the intake of your information.

Applicants need to hold on to their receipt as this will be needed to be presented the day you pick up your new PRIDE city card from Norma Rodriguez at Plymouth High School. Pick up for this first application will be Monday, February 10th thru Friday the 14th from 10:00 A.M. till 12 noon and 2:00 to 4:00 P.M.
