On Friday, January 10th at approximately 5:07 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a report of a two vehicle crash near the intersection of East Jefferson Street and North Michigan Street. Upon arriving to the scene 68 year old, Pamela Denney of Plymouth was identified as one of the drivers of one of the vehicles. Denney was arrested for Operating While Intoxicated with endangerment with a BAC above .15. She was transported to the Marshall County Jail with bond set a $1,505 and was later released the next day after posting bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
