On Sunday, September 27th at 3:03 A.M. Officer Richey with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of Lake Avenue east of North Oak Drive.
During the course of the traffic stop it was found that 49 year old, Gidget M. Montague of Plymouth was Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Montague was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where she was held on a $1,505 bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
