On Wednesday, October 21st at approximately 7:34 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Smith responded to a property damage accident in the area of US 6 & Jarrah Road. After an investigation 26 year old, Aaron Collins of Indianapolis was taken into custody for Driving While Suspended with a Prior. It was also determined that Mr.Collins had an active warrant through Lake County for Probation Violation. Aaron Collins was taken into custody and held for Lake County.
No injuries occurred in this accident.
