Eighth falls to Edgewood in tourney
WARSAW — Lincoln faced rival Edgewood in the NELMSC semifinals. Lincoln’s quickness and speed was not enough to overcome a distinct height disadvantage causing them to fall short 45-41.
Leading Lincoln in defeat was Coby Walters with 16 points. Caleb Bowling and Jaxon Warner each chipped in 8 points.
In the first round of the NELMSC Conference Tournament against Milford Lincoln made quick work of Milford jumping out to a 11-4 lead after the first quarter.
Lincoln never trailed and won 47-36. Leading Lincoln in victory was Coby Walters with 16 points. Payton Bonebreak added 10 points and Caleb Bowling chipped in 8 points.
Lincoln finished the season 11-8.

Seventh falls to Lakeview
WARSAW — Advancing to the semi-finals Lincoln seventh grade team took on #1 seed Warsaw Lakeview in the NELMSC tourney.
Plymouth stayed close going into halftime down to Lakeview 15-9 and got within four in the third quarter but fell 36-30.
Leading scorers were Mason Bales with 11 and Preston Wolfe with 9.
In round one Lincoln was able to take a 16-5 lead at half over Bremen and pull away in the second half winning 43-14.
Leading scorers were Kaden Milliser with 10, Mason Bales with 8, Trenton VanDuyne and Troy Hundt each with 6.
