Arrested_handcuffOn Friday, September 25th at approximately 7:05 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a report of a domestic fight in the area of the access road to the south of Aldi’s. Prior to Officer Arnold’s arrival it was reported that one of the parties involved had left the scene in a vehicle. Upon arriving to the scene a male subject identified as 25 year old, Evan Gardner of Culver and a female subject not identified was observed causing a disturbance in the road. After an investigation Mr. Gardner was taken into custody for Dealing in a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana with his bond being set at $1,505.
Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department located the vehicle that left the scene of the domestic disturbance parked at the Plymouth Public Library. The driver of the vehicle identified as 23 year old, Dakota Stone of Akron was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant through Fulton County for Theft. Stone was held at the Marshall County Jail without bond for Fulton County.
