On Sunday, April 19th at approximately 7:26 A.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Brunet responded to the 100 Block of State Road 10 and Oak Road in reference to a vehicle that had slide off the road way into a field.
Upon arriving to the location it was found that 20 year old Allison C. Andrews of Plymouth was Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated. Andrews was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on charges of Operating a Vehicle with a BAC of .15% or more and Alcohol-Minor Transporting Alcohol and held on NO Bond.
