On Wednesday, October 21st at 4:27 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Lyon’s Towing located at 14507 West Lincolnway in reference to a subject known to have an active warrant in the back seat of a vehicle out of Starke County at the location.Upon arriving to Lyon’s the subject in the vehicle known to have a warrant was identified as 29 year old, Austin Salyer of Knox. Salyer was taken into custody for the active warrant through Starke County as well as additional charges in Marshall County for Possession of Methamphetamine and Possession of Marijuana with bond set at $1,505 for Marshall County charges and held without bond for Starke County.
The driver of the vehicle identified as 28 year old, Brandon Araya Buckman of Knox was taken into custody Possession of Heroin with bond set at $1505.
The back seat passenger was identified as 25 year old, Kyra Hite of Plymouth was taken in to custody for Failure to Appear on Misdemeanor charge and Dealing in Heroin with bond set at $1,505.
All three subjects were transported and lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
