On Sunday, April 19th at approximately 10:00 P.M. Marshall County Sheriff’s Deputy Bennett responded to the 2300 block of 19th road. Upon arriving to the location and conducting an investigation 52 year old, Dennis H. Rigelman of Tippecanoe was located and taken into custody.
Rigelman was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the charge of Public Intoxication with bond set at $255.
