On Friday, September 25th at 4:23 A.M. Marshall County Officer Wozniak initiated a traffic stop on a green and white 1996 Chevrolet truck in the area of 4th Road and Michigan Road. The driver of the vehicle identified as 38 year old David Goble of Goshen was found to be Driving While Suspended-Prior. The registration plate on the vehicle was found to have been reported stolen from Elkhart County. Mr. Goble was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on charges of Possession of Stolen Property, Driving While Suspended-Prior and Possession of Marijuana with bond set at $505.
