Drug ArrestsOn Wednesday, April 22nd at approximately 11:46 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of West Harrison Street and Eighth Street.

Upon the investigation of the traffic stop the passenger of the vehicle identified as 29 year old Zachary Howisen of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail. Howisen was held on the charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Unlawful Possession or Use of a Legend Drug with bond set at $1505.
