arrested_handcuffsOn Friday, December 18th at shortly after 6:30 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to Walmart in reference to a Theft in progress.

As Officer Arnold arrived to Walmart he identified 37 year old Scott Pike of Rochester as having active warrants out of Fulton County and Marshall County and was taken into custody. The Marshall Counties warrant consisted of a Failure to Appear on a Probation Violation with No Bond. Pike was also charged with Theft with bond set at $505.

Officer Arnold also arrested 42 year old Jena Manns of Syracuse for Theft with a bond of $505.

Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Manns was released on December 20th for No Judicial Review and received a Superior 2 court date of January 19th.

 

 

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
