Warrant arrestOn Saturday, January 4th at approximately 1:30 P.M. Plymouth Police Officer Weir initiated a traffic stop at US 30 and Queen for an Infraction. Upon identifying 38 year old, Anthony Lubarsky Jr. of Michigan and 34 year old Kristina Garman of Syracuse both were found to have warrants out of Elkhart County. Further investigation resulted in Officer’s locating Methamphetamines, Schedule IV Pills and Paraphernalia. Both subjects was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where they were held on $1,505 bonds.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial by jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
