On Saturday, February 22nd at 4:20 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department responded to 2535 North Michigan Street in reference to serving a warrant. Upon arriving to the location Officer Finn arrested 26 year old Nathan J. Megething of Plymouth for an active warrant through Kosciusko County for charges of Reckless Driving, Criminal Mischief, Leaving the Scene of an Accident with Bodily Injury and False Informing.
While at the location 45 year old Jonathan W. Manes of Plymouth was taken into custody for an active warrant through Marshall County for Failure to Appear for Court Cost and Fines with bond set at $215. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Manes was later released that day after posting bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
