On Tuesday, February 4th at approximately 1:30 P.M. Officers from the Undercover Narcotics Investigation Team (Unit) assisted by the Indiana State Police Swat Team, the Plymouth Police Department and the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department executed a search warrant at 1013 North Michigan Street in Plymouth.
During the search Officers located over 10 ounces of Marijuana along with evidence of Dealing Marijuana. According to the news release small children also live in the home.
Officers took 41 year old, Gregory Brown and 32 years old, Heather Pittman who both resided at the location into custody. They were transported to the Marshall County Jail where Heather Pittman was held on maintaining a Common Nuisance and Dealing in Marijuana with a cash bond set at $1,505
Gregory Brown was held on Deal Marijuana with a Prior Conviction and Maintaining a Common Nuisance and a cash bond set at $1505.
Both subjects were later released that day after posting bond.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
