hit-and-runOn Sunday, October 18th at 6:18 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department was dispatched to a vehicle crash in the 1000 block of West Adams Street where one of the vehicles fled the scene.
Officer Beatty located the vehicle that fled the scene at the intersection of State Road 17 and Glenn Overmyer Drive where a traffic stop was conducted.
The driver of the vehicle identified as 41 year old, Joseph Giselbach of Ora. Mr. Giselbach was arrested for Operating with a Controlled Substance in Body and Possession of a Controlled Substance with bond set at $1,505.
The passenger in the vehicle was identified as 28 year old, Nicole Whitfield of LaPorte and was arrested for Possession of a Legend Drug or Precursor and held on a $1,505 bond. Both subjects were lodged at the Marshall County Jail.
