On Saturday, April 25th Officer Weir with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop in the area of US 30 and Michigan Road.
After the investigation of the Traffic stop 45 year old Billie L. Rogers of Warsaw was taken into custody for an active warrant through Marshall County.
Rogers was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on the charges of Burglary of a Dwelling and Theft both charges being Level 4’s with bond set at $3,005.
