arrested_handcuffsOn Tuesday, July 21st at 12:37 A.M. the Plymouth Police Department was notified of a subject violating a no trespass order at the Kroger Plaza. Upon arrival Officer Taberski with the Plymouth Police Department located 65 year old, David R. Watts of Plymouth on a bench in front of the Kroger’s Store. After confirming the trespass order Mr. Watts was asked to leave the property several times. Watts was taken into custody for Violating the Trespass Order and was transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $505 bond.
