Four Arrested by the UNIT at 118 S. Center St. in Plymouth

arrestsOn Wednesday April 28, officers with the Marshall County Drug Task Force U.N.I.T. along with the Indiana State Police, Plymouth Police and Marshall County Police executed a search warrant at 118 South Center Street in Plymouth. Four adults were arrested and 3 children were removed from the home by family members. Officers seized suspected marijuana, cocaine and evidence of dealing from the home, along with a handgun.

MugShot_james kunze 4-29-21James Kunze, age 42 of Plymouth was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 5 Felony.  His cash bond was set at $5,000.

MugShot_jessica Kunze 4-29-21Jessica Kunze, age 41 of Plymouth was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and Neglect of a Dependent as a Level 5 Felony.  She was able to bond out of jail on Wednesday afternoon.

MugSHot_tyreke balboa 4-29-21Tyreke Balboa, age 19 of Plymouth was arrested for Dealing in Cocaine as a Level 3 Felony, Dealing in Marijuana as a Class A Misdemeanor and Maintaining a Common Nuisance Level 6 Felony $50,000 cash bond.

MugShot_dwight haskins 4-29-21Dwight Haskins Jr. age 26 of South Bend was arrested for Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and False Informing as a Class A Misdemeanor $5,000 cash bond

 

MugShot_Lisa Andrews 4-29-21In another case officers with the Bremen Police Department assisting U.N.I.T. Officers also located and arrested Lisa Andrews for an outstanding Dealing in Methamphetamine warrant. She is currently lodged at the Marshall County Jail with a $25,000 cash bond.
