Indiana Attorney General-Elect Todd Rokita testified before the Indiana Senate Judiciary Committee in support of Senate Bill 1. The proposed legislation provides civil liability protections for individuals, businesses, and organizations from damages resulting from exposure to COVID-19 on the premises owned by a person, properties where services are provided, or where activities are sponsored or managed.
Attorney General-Elect Rokita will take office on January 11, 2021.
