MugShot_jose aguilera jr 4-14-2133-year-old Jose L. Aguilera Jr of Chicago was arrested by Officer John Weir with the Plymouth Police Department on Sunday, April 11th after he violated a No Trespass order.

About 12:15 in the morning Aguilera was taken into custody for being at 2619 North Michigan Street.  He had been issued a No Trespass order and went back to the address twice after being issued the order.  He was also found to be driving while suspended.

Aguilera was lodge in the Marshall County Jail on a $500 cash bond.  He was released on Wednesday morning just after midnight with No Judicial Review and given a May 4th initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
