64-year-old Timothy Oconnor of Bourbon was arrested by Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department on Saturday, April 17th about 2:45 in the morning for Operating While Intoxicated.
Officer Arnold conducted a traffic stop on US 30 near US 31 and after an investigation Mr. Oconnor was taken into custody and incarcerated at the Marshall County Jail on a $1,500 cash bond that was paid at about 12:30 Saturday. He was released with a May 18th initial hearing in Marshall Superior Court II.
