The Marshall County Commissioners will meet Monday morning at 8:30 in the second-floor meeting room of the County Building.
The commissioners will have several items to review including the USI Consultants agreement for bridge 120 and the 2021 Road Program. Evelyn Shields from WIC will present the WIC Certified Professional Authority contract and Doug Masterson from Buildings & Grounds will discuss HVAC for Superior Court III.
The commissioners will hear from Christopher Niezer from Gibson Insurance on the 2021 Liability Insurance renewal and Jim Clevenger will present the county attorney’s contract during his report.
Also on the commissioners agenda is the County Auditor’s report including a contract with Beason, the minutes and monthly claims.
Under Commissioner items is ratification of the Public Health Disaster Declaration from last week and the possibility of one for this week. They will also discuss the Plum Street building for the Building & Grounds department and a proposal for HVAC in the new morgue.
The Commissioners’ meeting is open to the public although a temperature check is required when entering the building on the first floor and face masks and social distancing are mandatory.
