On Wednesday, April 7th at 10:58 A.M. Officer DeLee responded to 1500 Pilgrim Lane in reference to a male subject yelling at cars by Walmart.
As Officer arrived at the location he made contact with the male subject who was identified as 32 year old Adam Ryan Mann who according to the news release was homeless.
Mr. Mann was found to have an active warrant out of Marshall County for Domestic Battery.
He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a bond of $1,505.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
