Coronavirus Update 2021 The Indiana Department of Health announced Monday that 770 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 708,779 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus.

In Marshall County we had 3 new positive cases bringing our overall total to 5,786.  23 new tests were administered bringing all tests in the county to 24,877.  To date 108 citizens of Marshall County have died from the coronavirus during this pandemic. The 7-day positivity rate for all tests was 3.7% while the 7-day positivity rate for unique individuals was 17.1%,

To date, 12,818 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19.

A total of 3,336,468 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana. A total of 9,458,498 tests, including repeat tests for unique individuals, have been reported to the state Department of Health since Feb. 26, 2020.

As of Monday, a total of 3,747,830 doses have been administered in Indiana. This includes 2,174,794 first doses and 1,573,036 individuals who are fully vaccinated.
