arrested_handcuffsOn Sunday evening at 9:54 P.M. Officer Finn with the Plymouth Police Department responded to the area of 1324 West Jefferson Street for a complaint of a suspicious male looking inside windows of residence.

As Officer Finn checked the area of Eighth Street and West Madison Street he observed a male running through the backyard.

After a brief investigation the male identified as 33 year old Adam J. Francis Lolmaugh of Plymouth was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail on the charge of criminal trespass with bond set at $505.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
