On Friday, April 2nd at 8:56 P.M. Officer Arnold with the Plymouth Police Department responded to a hit and run crash at the intersection of North Michigan Street and Plymouth Goshen Trail.
The driver that had fled the scene was identified as 27 year old Damian Clark of Plymouth. Clark was later located and taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail for Leaving the Scene of a Crash with bond set at $505.
He was also found to have an active warrant through Fulton County.
Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is a mere allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed.
