Warrant arrestOn Saturday, March 27th at 6:40 P.M. Officer Krynock with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the area of US 31 and Michigan Street for a traffic infraction.

The driver identified as 20 year old Leonardo Jose Almendarez of Plymouth was found to be Operating a Vehicle without ever Receiving a License. Almendarez was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest through Marshall County for Sexual Battery and 2 counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor with a bond of $3,005.

He was taken into custody and transported to the Marshall County Jail where he was held on a $105 bond for Operating a Vehicle without Ever Receiving a License.

Mr. Almendarez was released the same day after posting both bonds and was given a Marshall County Superior II court date of April 27th .
