UNIT Executes Warrant At Walnut Street Residence And Arrests Four

(UNIT) Undercover Narcotic Investigation Team Officers assisted by the Indiana State Police SWAT Team, Indiana State Police, Plymouth Police and Marshall County Police, executed a search warrant at 1001 North Walnut Street in Plymouth

1001 North Walnut drugsDuring the warrant, officers located several ounces of methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia and evidence of dealing in methamphetamine. Officers also located 3 firearms in the home. Four individuals were located at the residence and taken into custody and held on the following charges.

mug_cameron gardner 2-2021Cameron Gardner, age 26 of the Walnut Street address is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and held on $50,000 cash bond.

mug_devan mayea 2-2021Devan Mayea, age 25 also of the Walnut Street address is charged with Dealing in Methamphetamine as a Level 2 Felony, Possession of Methamphetamine as a Level 3 Felony and Maintaining a Common Nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and held on a $50,000 cash bond.

mug_virgina wood 2-2021Virginia Wood, age 20 of Mishawaka is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine as a level 6 Felony and Maintaining a common nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and is held on a $1,500 cash bond.

mug_kody thompson 2-2021Kody Thompson, age 21 of Bremen is charged with Possession of Methamphetamine as a level 6 Felony and Maintaining a common nuisance as a Level 6 Felony and is held on a $1,500 cash bond.

Readers are reminded that charging information supported by an affidavit of probable cause is merely an allegation that a crime has been committed and that there is only probable cause to believe a crime has been committed. They are presumed innocent throughout the proceedings and are entitled to be represented by counsel and entitled to a trial jury at which the State is obligated to provide proof beyond a reasonable doubt before a judgment of guilt may be made.
