corona virus updateThe Indiana Department of Health announced Wednesday that 1,127 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 686,497 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s dashboard.

The Indiana Covid-19 Dashboard and Map shows Marshall County reporting 14 new individuals tested positive for Covid-19 bringing the total to 5613 since March 2020 with 41 individuals being tested.

There were no new Covid-19 related deaths reported since Tuesday as Marshall County remains with 107 deaths. The 7-Day Positivity for All Tests score 2.7% with the 7-Day Positivity for Unique Individual scored 10.0 %.

To date, 12,633 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of one from the previous day. Another 406 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record.

A total of 3,257,245 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana, up from 3,253,251 on Tuesday. A total of 8,903,743 tests, including repeat tests for unique individuals, have been reported to the state Department of Health since Feb. 26, 2020.
