06/13/12 On Saturday, June 9th about 10 minutes before 3 in the afternoon Marshall County Patrolman Robert Hafke investigated a three vehicle accident at the intersection of Michigan Road and 4B Road. Adam R. Quesnel 38, of Shepard, Michigan was stopped northbound on Michigan Road waiting to turn west on 4B Road in his 2010 Jeep Compass, when Joel A Solis 20, of Plymouth was traveling northbound on Michigan Road in his 2000 Dodge Neon and struck the rear of the Jeep Compass. The collision pushed the Jeep into the southbound lane of Michigan Road causing the Jeep to strike a grey 2007 Honda Civic driven by Jonathan Howell 24, of Mishawaka.
Solis was transported by helicopter to a South Bend Hospital and all four other occupants in the 2007 silver Jeep compass were transported by ambulance to St. Joseph Plymouth Hospital. The two people in the 2007 Grey Honda Civic were not injured.
