07/05/11 USDA Rural Development Specialist, Kattie Dedloff recently joined Adra Fisher at her home in Plymouth for a special event.
Fisher was honored during National Home Ownership Month for her successful application for 504 Home Repair Funds which were used to repair her back porch and improve accessibility in her bathroom.
