02/28/12 Detectives with the Indiana State Police continue to investigate the police involved shooting that occurred in Marshall County last Thursday night which claimed the life of Mark Albright, 62, of Plymouth. The investigation is expected to be completed and forwarded to the Marshall County Prosecutors office in the next two weeks.
The names of the officers who were involved in the police action shooting are Deputy Jeff Sharp and Deputy Jeff Snyder. Both officers work for the Marshall County Sheriff’s Department. Sharp has worked for the department since 1991 and Snyder has worked in the patrol division since 2000. Both Sharp and Snyder returned fire at Albright after being fired upon
