Plymouth Police Reports

  03/12/13 On Thursday, March 7th at 4:54 p.m. Plymouth Police Officer Derek Workman responded to Wal-Mart in reference to a male subject who was at the store and had received a no trespass order in August 2012.   Arriving, 32 year old Michael S. Patrick of Plymouth was arrested for criminal trespass and was transported to the Marshall County Jail.  Patrick was booked on a $755 bond.

Later that night at 10:48 p.m. Officer Workman conducted a traffic stop on 30 year old, Damien Insixiengmay of South Bend.  Mr. Insixiengmay was arrested for driving while suspended with a prior charge and transported to the County Jail.   He was held on a $755 cash bond.

On Sunday, March 9th at 3:22 a.m. Officer Wally Derifield responded to the 500 block of Pennsylvania Street in reference to a complaint on a resident at the address.  Arriving on the scene, 65 year old Randall Wade was arrested for intimidation and transported to the Jail where he was booked in on a $1,505 bond.  Mr. Wade was released on Monday, March 11th with no judicial review.

A short time later at 4:33 a.m. Plymouth Officer Paul Stamper arrested 30 year old, Michael Bastardo of Plymouth in the 300 block of William Street for operating while intoxicated, leaving the scene on a property damage accident and operating a motor vehicle without financial responsibility.  Mr. Bastardo was transported to the County Jail and booked on a $1,505 bond.   He was released at 2:45 Sunday afternoon after posting his cash bond.
