02/23/12 County Police Officer Jonathan Bryant conducted a traffic stop Sunday, February 19th about 7:30 p.m. near the intersection of 7th and Queen Roads. During the investigation Plymouth’s K9 Rex was called to assist due to the possibility of narcotics being in the vehicle.
Officer John Weir arrived on the scene and walked Rex around the vehicle. K9 Rex indicated the presence of narcotics and during a search of the vehicle a significant amount of Marijuana was found in the vehicle and on the persons inside of it.
The driver, Dustin Cobb, was arrested for Operating a Vehicle Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana. The three other occupants Cayla Hulse, Andrew Baca and Rafael Moreno Jr were arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
All four subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail and booked in.
