10/25/11 On Sunday, October 23rd at approximately 12:22 a.m. Officer Nick Young with the Plymouth Police Department conducted a traffic stop on Overmyer Drive after he noticed a blue Cavalier heading east bound on Jefferson Street. The vehicle was swerving from the center line to the shoulder in the east bound lane. Young continued to follow the vehicle on to Overmyer Drive where the vehicle crossed onto the shoulder. Officer Young then conducted a traffic stopped on the vehicle and conducted a field sobriety test. It was discovered that 40 year old Jamie E. Sullivan of Plymouth was driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held on a $250.00 cash bond. Sullivan is scheduled to appearance on November 15th at 8:30 a.m. in Marshall County Superior Court #2.
