10/16/12 On Thursday, October 11th at 9:08 PM Plymouth Police Officer Gary Cleveland located 36 year old Melissa Moberg of Plymouth at her home at 710 West Madison Street. He served an outstanding warrant for failure to appear through Vanderburgh County for an Operating While Intoxicated. Moberg was transported to the Marshall County Jail and held for Vanderburgh County.
On Sunday, October 14th at 3:27 AM Officer Wally Derifield conducted a traffic stop at Oak Road and Washington School on 26 year old Sonya Lawrence of Indianapolis. During the investigation of the traffic stop it was discovered that Lawrence was driving under the influence. She was taken into custody. The passenger in Lawrence’s vehicle, 27 year old Nathanael Bieszka of Grand Rapids, Michigan was also taken into custody for public intoxication. Both subjects were transported to the Marshall County Jail with bonds set at $1,505 each. Lawrence was later released at 2:05 PM after posting her bond.
